Zone A Resort

Designed to enhance the lush, natural beauty of the area, Zone A of the Ho Tram Strip will be operated by MGM MIRAGE Hospitality under the MGM Grand brand. The luxurious five-star MGM Grand Resort and Casino, Ho Tram will be a true destination resort, offering a unique blend of entertainment, adventure, and beach vacations. Nestled in a pristine and safe environment, the resort will blend seamlessly with the surrounding natural environment, highlighting the themes of environmental preservation and conservation.

The site will also boast a championship calibre 18-hole golf course and country club. The 200-acre links golf course will be designed by PGA legend Greg Norman. Using the natural contours of the terrain on the lush lands surrounding the resort, Norman’s links course will complement the natural beauty of the surrounding beach area. This design approach will create a natural, unparalleled golfing experience unique to Southeast Asia.

MGM Grand Ho Tram will be constructed in two phases, with the first phase scheduled for completion in 2012. Upon completion of the second phase, the MGM Grand Ho Tram will include 1,114 rooms and Viet Nam’s first Las Vegas-style gaming facility – featuring 90 table games and 1,000 electronic games, along with live entertainment, luxury dining, exciting nightlife, VIP facilities and a high-end retail environment.
