Characterized by breathtaking scenery, incredible history and welcoming citizens, Viet Nam is an increasingly attractive destination for foreign visitors. Visitor arrivals to Viet Nam reached approximately 4.3 million in 2008. More than 60 per cent of these travellers visited Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam’s largest and most cosmopolitan metropolis. The Ho Tram Strip is situated in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province in southern Viet Nam, approximately 130 kilometres southeast of Ho Chi Minh City.
